In the early 1920s. in the former Gagarin "Kholomki" (near the city of Pskov Porkhov lips.) there was a colony of writers and creative artists. They had lived many celebrities (such as Chukovsky Dobuzhinsky, etc.), including the artists Vladimir and Nikolai Milashevsky Radlov.

So here Milashevsky is very similar figures with a stacks, made on location. And with Radlov he was quite friendly and if I remember correctly from his memoirs, they are often painted with the same motives.
