Plagiarism, or ... famous artist?
 

10 years ago in the Kiev club collectors bought just such a picture. Feeling it caused a two-fold - but the cost cheap. Home discovered that someone zater author's signature, and signed it over: W. Gladatsky or something similar to this. Canvas and paper clearly old, that's just not clear on why it was done. Perhaps someone W. Gladatsky decided to appropriate the authorship of paintings, and perhaps the author was very well known and someone had to hide it from prying eyes. Perhaps the forum can find experts who will be able to read the remains of an old sign or give their opinions about the level of art, or even indicate the supposed author. I would not rule out that this is the end 19 - early 20 th century, it is quite nice picture really.

Starlings seen, and such fatty crows - no.
