Born in d.Itmanovo Nizhny Novgorod region. He studied at the NHT.
Painter. He worked mainly in the genre of portraiture.
Russian Union of Artists of 1934.
Since 1926 .- member of art exhibitions: the five areas of the RSFSR (Moscow 1936), the All-Union to the twentieth anniversary of the Komsomol (Moscow 1939), II exhibition of artists periphery (Moscow 1940).
He taught at the GHU (1935-1936).
Veteran of the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945).
