Painter. Member of the Union of Artists. Professor. Author of books on methods of teaching fine art was born in 1908 in Kiev. Studied in the years 1926-1930. in Vkhutemas (Vhuteine) in AA Osmerkin, I. Mashkov, BV Smirnov, in 1924-1929. - In the studio Kardovsky. Art exhibitions since 1934. Major works: "seventies" (1936, Donetsk Art Museum), "The top is taken" (1937, Central Museum of Armed Forces of the USSR), "Volkhov River" (1940, Dnepropetrovsk Art Museum), pictures of 30-50-ies. (TG), a series of landscapes by Turgenev and Lermontov (1955-1960, Museum of Literature at the Institute of Russian Literature of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, Leningrad), "Portraits of younger contemporaries" (1960-1970, Tula Regional Art Museum), a series of landscapes by Nekrasov places (1974, Museum-Estate Nekrasov "Karabikha", Yaroslavl region).
