Ludmila Polyakova was born April 21, 1946 in Semipalatinsk, Russia. She graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Repin, O. Myl'nikov teacher. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1976, painter. Honored Artist of the ARC (2000). Art exhibitions in Simferopol, Kiev, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Heidelberg (Germany).
