A bit of history.
9 November 1863 a large group of graduates of the Academy of Art refused to write a competitive work on the proposed theme of Norse mythology, and left the Academy. Seven years later appeared the Association of Traveling Art Exhibitions. Brief history of the organization of art exhibitions drawn from the following features.
