Eugene Yali was born in 1946 in Zhdanov (Mariupol) and until 1952 lived in Western Ukraine. For four years, from 1958 to 1962gody-engaged in the art studio.
In 1968 he graduated from the picturesque pedagogical department of the Saratov Art College.
1971 - personal exhibition in the Editor "Change" in Moscow.
In 1972 he became the Republican party, and then the All-Union Exhibition of Youth.
In 1976, Eugene Yali invited to attend the youth exhibition in Moscow in the exhibition hall at Kuznetsky.

Eugene Yali - a member of the Union of Russian Artists.
He - acknowledged master. His works are in collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery, The Saratov state art museum of them. Radishshev, Saratov Regional Museum of Local History, State Museum of KA Fedin, Engels Museum of Local History, Volsky picture gallery.
In 1996, the Russian Academy of Arts awarded Yali Diploma for the best works of fine art, art history and architecture.
In April 1998, for outstanding achievement in the art of the artist's name is included in the 8 th edition of the International Directory of the American Biographical Institute (North Carolina).
