Help evaluate the picture
 

Hi, need help in assessing the picture.
Author - L. van Howe (Karl Kaufmann)
Size 103/66, oil on canvas. Presumably the end of 19 - 20 in the beginning.
The picture has flaws (see photos). The examination was done. Since I am a person very far from the painting, you do not imagine how much it could cost this picture, and whether it is in general any value. Thank you.

in Germany about Karl Kaufmann goes quite a few jokes. One of them, if the work is signed by an unknown name - it is guaranteed to Karl.
If you consider that at any time good 20 - 30 of his works around the bush, Sales ... every joke is joke. :D
Recently, even a fairly decent and delicate work, tightly sold. Look for sales and draw conclusions.
