Help identify the author
 

There is a picture, but the author does not understand, Tolley Brian Davis, but he kind of like drawing flowers, toli Arthur Bouen Davies.

Judging from the photo, it seems to me that you have - not a picture, but a collage in the form of mats, bonded to a thick hand-made paper (or fabric), pasted, in turn, on plain paper, where the signature is affixed.
In my opinion, neither the one nor the other. Brian Davies is working (he is still alive) in the style of imitating the old Dutch paintings (some would say - realism) and signed by the first and last name calligraphy (see attachment 1, bottom right).

Signed as Arthur Bowen Davies (1863 - 1928) on paper (etchings, lithographs) - "Arthur B. Davies" (see 2, 3) to work with pastels sometimes "AB Davies" (see 4), but never " B. Davies ". Yes, and his style - avant-garde romanticism - not the style of your work.

So you have - someone else, a little-known.
