Anatoly-armed born December 20, 1935 in Novocherkassk, Russia. In 1960 he graduated from the Crimean Art School. NS Samokysha. In 1966 he graduated from the Kharkov Art - Industrial Institute. He studied O. Khmelnitsky, A. Constantinople. Since 1966 he lives and works in Sevastopol. From 1966 - participant of the city, regional, national exhibitions. Since 1973 - Member NSHU. From 1997 - organizer and leader of the annual All-Ukrainian "Sevastopol plein air". Since 1998 - Honored Artist of Ukraine. From 2009 - People's Artist of Ukraine.
