Tell me, please, did not get you the information about the artist P. Vosnovskom?
As GRM catalog it is not. I'm not a very sophisticated user of the network, so all I could find for "Vosnovsky P.", it is mentioned that the art-house Helios (?) Has exhibited on sale now "Village Bazaar" with the caption "Vosnovsky P".
We have a collection of the Gatchina Palace before 1941 was about 7 portraits by this artist, including a distinguished person.
