Dear community members!
Small background: my mother-in once, long ago gave a picture of an acquaintance. This is the friend of a friend of artist Boris Lekar and said that he is the author. Judging by the inscriptions on the reverse side of the picture and signature in the corner of the canvas - this is true.

At Tiffany's has an interest to sell this picture (of your friends are not very good memory remains, and needs the money). In this regard, I have several questions:

1. What do you think the value of this painting and whether an interest in it?
1a. Apparently, the picture dates from the mid 70's, early or late periods such as the impact on the valuation?
2. Where to sell, whether to bother with the auction and other things?
