 Crimean painter and graphic artist. Landscapes, still life artist
Born on January 1, 1930 at pp. Solomin Kursk region (Russia). Member of the Great Patriotic War. Having survived the Nazi occupation, was hijacked in Germany. After the war he returned home. He worked at the factory. In 1968 - graduated in absentia Moscow People's University of Arts. Krupskaya. Since 1954 - lives and works in Evpatoria. Since 1984 - Member NSHU. Since 2001 - Honored Artist of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. From 1958 - participant of regional, national, Union and international (Hungary, Bulgaria, Holland) shows. In 2007 - winner of the annual city contest "Public recognition of Evpatoria. Solo Exhibitions: Evpatoria (1967, 1971, 1982), Simferopol (1977, 1990), Sevastopol (1994), Kiev (2008, 2009). In 2003, the Year of Russia in Ukraine held a personal exhibition of Vladimir Filatov Energy Crimea "in the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow. His works are in museums and private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Poland, France, Norway, Germany, Japan and other countries.
