  Nicholas Ovseyko born August 22, 1954 in the village Bilmachevka Chernigov region. At 15 he entered the Odessa Theatre Art College. OGHU graduated in 1973 (teacher L. Alshits). Member of collective and individual exhibitions since 1975. Member NSHU since 1993.
