For example, I discovered that in the preparation of a portfolio (and /or ktalogizatsii) is maintained and time and search, when the work (dig. image of its Digue. Ideally, of course have 4 versions of the same work (if it is a serious directory do) 2 small and 2 large razrescheniya.

I am very easy to find, then there is nothing to look, think further and very presentable (respectfully) looks like. (IMHO)
Especially handy if you want to send quickly, everything has been done already-signed ..
