In my opinion, the picture of artistic interest.

This is obviously some kind of an amateur artist.
I've seen a lot of similar works on hunting databases where you can hunt for waterfowl, ie, in large reservoirs.

If, suddenly, it wants someone to buy, how much it might cost?
