 Sheiko, Konstantin, was born Aug. 3, 1978 in Moscow. Education: From 1990 to 1996. studied at the Moscow Academic Art Lyceum Russia Academy of Fine Arts, as well as simultaneously enrolled and studied at the College of Representations and Visual Arts in Houston and the Art Institute of Chicago, then continued his studies at Moscow State Art Institute.
