Valerian Nesterov Stepanovich (1923 - 2001) Ukrainian painter. Born in the town of Dmitrov, Kursk region. In 1948 - 1951 he studied at the Kharkov HU in M. Slipchenko and L. Fitileva. Member republican, union and international exhibitions since 1958. Member of the Kharkiv branch NSHU since 1983. Solo exhibitions were held in Kharkov (1978, 1991, 1997).
