Zarubin Viktor Ivanovich (1866 - 1928)
  
Russian artist, painter, creating landscapes with the inclusion of genre scenes, he worked as a children's book chart. Born in Kharkov. In the early 1890's, he studied at the famous studio Kharkov E. Schrader, in 1893 - 1896 - R. Julien Academy in Paris and J. Lefera T.-R. Fleury, exhibited works at the Salon. From 1896 he studied at the St. Petersburg Academy of Fine Arts in A. Kuindzhi, in 1898 received the title of the artist. Member of the OPA, TPHV (since 1916), O-va im. A. Kuindzhi. Academician of the Academy of Fine Arts in 1909. He taught at the Drawing School of the TPC in St. Petersburg (1905 - 1906), LHPT (1920). Exhibitor many art exhibitions, in particular TPHV, TPA, Spring in the Arts and others lived and worked mainly in St. Petersburg. Products are kept in Sochi, Irkutsk, Kherson, and many XM Russia and Ukraine
