Painter and graphic artist. People's Artist of Ukraine (since 1974). Genus. July 23, 1918 in Barnaul in Altai Krai. Member of the Great Patriotic War. Graduated HGHI (1940-41, 1945-49), where he studied at S. Prokhorova, A. Coquelles, B. Gershoyg. Member of CW CFS since 1953, was chairman of CW CCS (1953-87), a member of the presidium, secretary of the board CCS (1956-87), chairman of the Central Auditing Commission of the USSR Union of Artists (1957-63), a board member of the USSR Union of Artists (1963-87) , Vice Chairman of the Board HF USSR (1963-87). Member of regional, all, international and foreign exhibitions since 1949. Personal exhibitions: Kharkiv - 1965; Poltava - 1965, Moscow - 1966. Works in HHPI (1949), Professor (s 1976). He died in 2005.
