Antipov Evgenia Petrovna was born on October 19, 1917 in the city Toropets Pskov province in the family of a railroad employee.
In 1928, together with their parents EV Antipov moved to Samara. Passion for drawing led her to the art room Krasnov, which she visited in 1934.
In 1935, after finishing 10 grades of high school, EV Antipov arrived in Leningrad and entered the Central Art School in the All-Russia Academy of Arts.

In the years 1950-1956 E. Antipov teaches painting and composition in art-teacher training college. Since 1950, she participated in exhibitions of Leningrad artists. Paints landscapes, still lifes, genre scenes. Among the favorite themes of E. Antipova - blooming apple orchard, the Crimean landscape, still life in the interior and exterior.

New creativity E. Antipova was widely presented in 1967 at a joint exhibition with painter and sculptor V. Teterin K. Suvorova in the halls of the Leningrad Union of Artists. In 1988 and 1999, it held a joint exhibition with artist V. Teterin. E. Antipov participated in the famous exhibition of eleven (1972) and nine (1976) Leningrad artists in this exhibition 26 artists from Leningrad and Moscow (1988).
