I was able to deduct: Otto Paehtz ...

yet read (seen), Trinity, and probably a street, but if the number 13, then we can correlate the information:
House 13 (1863-1864 ...) ... At various times in this house were: Petersburg meeting of artists (1870's), ...

logical to have a workshop and store frames in the house where the artists are going to ... to the same in the frame and canvas of the artist of that period ...
