Hey, this is a gift to the Danish Prime Minister Khrushchev.
When the chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Soviet Union was traveling to Denmark-Norway-Sweden in February 1964, he gave this picture EO Crago, then prime minister. His widow (can not remember how to call-site BR have one) and sells.
Gifts lot of carrying, even two guns from the grave of Vitus Bering (Dane!) Brought to the Commander Islands (!!!).

Good provenance for the work. Even without history, and history!
