Today, 28 October, at a cinema "Art" was opened III Grand Festival cartoons.

Movies, the latest completed just before the opening of the festival, and the first in the history of recently found paintings of the early twentieth century; tape, which lasts 15 seconds and feature exhibitions and master classes of domestic and foreign stars animation.
