The nuances of I ram, and the picture certainty impossible.
It all started trite, this is the table wanted to have my wife.:)
It's not so simple. If the work of 17 th century, one price, the 18 th century another.
But lots of things badly zarestavrirovanny - metal parts of the new, tree zalakirovanno to muddy dark color, a third the price.
The second half of the 19 th century era of "revival" broad front was simulated as furniture and painting 17 century, the fourth the price.
Even in the '70s of the last century was the fashion for such works "in style". Dozen furniture firms, for example in Italy, the industrial way of producing such furniture. This furniture now often 40 - 50 years, one fifth the price.
Decent table early 18 th century can and 10.000 - 15.000 euros pull.
A decent table in style, made in the 20 th century, 1.000 - 2.000 Euro.
In general, the devil break a leg.:)

Expert opinion:

Country: Supposedly, France
Material Technology: Oak, (base), Mahogany (veneer), polished, bronze, gilding, inlay, leather (modern), embossing.
Dimensions (height, width, depth), see:
Style: "Style Louis XVI». In 1850-ies in Europe in line with the historicism (eclectic) revived interest in classicism of Louis XVI. At this time the firm Durand (Durand) appear tables, like the one (photo). We also know that similar tables produced, and other major furniture manufacturers - Berdeley (Beurdeley), Dasson (Dasson). In all cases, manufacturers used the work of 1780-ies. the court of Louis XVI furniture maker Rizenera.
Customers for such expensive furniture belonged to vysokoobespechennomu circle: This is - nouveau riche, the new elite of the XIX century, with the aristocratic tastes and pretensions, which assert themselves, buying furniture in retro-style ( "Louis", etc.). Among the customers was the "old aristocracy" - in memory of the glorious past. In general, the table - an elitist thing, you can say the palace.
Dating: Warning can talk about vt.pol.HIH century.
Spectacular model similar tables were popular. They released the entire second half of the XIX century.
Description: desk-table, rectangular shape, at 4-feet. Veneered mahogany, as the basis used oak. Table top is edged with bronze, which protects the table edge from damage, is covered by the center and embossed leather. Podstole decorated with gilded bronze quality: rosettes and shoots acanthus handles in the form of garlands, profiled frame (rags). Table legs are made in the form of kannelirovannyh columns with bronze capitals and "shoes".
In podstole three drawers. At one of the boxes inside the castle mark: «LE JEUNE F-re A PARIS». At the central box with a bronze overlay images played (frolicking) cherubs-popular motif in the French furniture of the second half of XIX century. A similar pad - on the opposite side of the table. (When producing two plates were used, three more short billets. One sawn billets and its beginning and end of the lengthened a couple of other pieces.) Thresholds are purely decorative in nature, designed to please the eyes and to decorate the thing. R & Sciences and travels (the ship, a globe, a telescope, compasses) is consistent with the appointment desk.

not agree. Despite what the factory did style, and in general depends on many parameters. Schmidt did in the style of the 3rd rococo, but Shmidtovskoe Rococo can cost a lot more expensive than the first thing that most rococo 18 th century. very important parameters for determining the price - the master (confirmation - hallmarks), provenance (documented), the level of work on materials, materials, etc., etc..
I know one suite with swans style empire late 19 th century, which left over 150 thousand euro only because the work was exceptional and provenance it was decent, but when it comes to the work of the highest level wood and bronze, it is, believe me, very impressive.
