Art Center "Vetoshniy" - a new exhibition space

I went to see with my own eyes at Art Center for Contemporary Art called "Vetoshniy.
It looked all cool:
Six-storied building with a large indoor courtyard. The exhibition will last on the sixth floor in the room about which builders usually say "under the interior trim."

The first five floors are closed, told not to set up, even strange. Sixth, too, is not completed yet.

At the press conference, journalists asked mostly about the building itself and it frustrated artists. They were waiting (which is understandable) questions about the new style, but they did not come. About the center of everything is not clear on the question: - Does all the building, when will finish the remaining floors will be sharpened by art? No direct answer was no, like - then we'll see.
I got the impression that did not have time to build - the crisis began and began to think what to do. And smart enough to give modern art, and explain deficiencies "that this is by design."
