"Vladimir school of landscape painting."
Studied at the Ivanovo Art College (1936 -1940)
and the Lviv Art Institute (1947 - 1948).
Member of USSR Union of Artists (1952).
Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1987).
Winner of State Prize of the RSFSR (1992).
Awarded the silver medals of the Academy of Fine Arts (1991).
People's Artist of Russia (1995).
Member of most major domestic exhibitions of the second half of XX century.
Artworks VY Yukina are in museums and private collections in Russia and many countries.
Member of the Second World War.
Died July 10, 2000 in Vladimir.
C 1952 to 2000. lived and worked in the house 7 "B" Street. Knyaginiskaya,
in memory of this house on a memorial plaque.
