Sorry, I can help with attribution and evaluation.
On the picture there is no signature, only the back, but as far as it is authentic I do not know.
We have them here almost never happens, so nothing to compare with.
Relative prices also discouraged @- appreciate from 60000 and up to $ 600.
How can you determine with such a range?
