I like a beginner (more precisely, who had taken up the brush after years of interruption) artist. Planned year-second only to play, and then you find out about their prospects. What rights do the artist after selling his paintings? Is it right to repeat it? Does the right to use the photo to sell the painting for publications, catalogs, in general, printed materials (eg, a picture of my recently became the cover CD)? What all this is regulated? Laws?
