Please !!!!! Help to find at least some information. It is known that the picture about 150-200 years (OIL), possibly Dutch or Flemish school. Some restorers and artists now estimated at least 5000 dollar.

And who is the author? What price the picture? How is it called? Help find out.

We need to look at a strong light, if there were any signatures. And that is on the reverse side, take a photo. I need to figure out the plot, perhaps this is Tobias, or ... To what time is the holy robes ...
