Вложений: 9
One of the few who are called "outstanding Ukrainian painter.
Bokshay Joseph I. (1891-1975) He graduated from the Budapest Academy of Fine Arts (1910-1914, IV Revesz). Lived and worked in Uzhgorod. Member of the USSR Union of Artists since 1948 Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1951), People's Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1961), People's Artist of the USSR (1963), Corresponding Member. USSR Academy of Arts in 1958 awarded the Labor Red Banner, Badge of Honor, a medal. However Adalbert Erdelyi opened the first art school in Transcarpathia (1927). Taught in Uzhgorod College of Applied Arts (1945-1957) and the Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (1951-1957). Transcarpathian Regional Museum of Art is the name of the artist. Has a galaxy of disciples, wearing the title of Honored and folk artists of Ukraine and of a phenomenon called "Transcarpathian School of Painting. More about the Carpathian school (though not the best work submitted, because the museum does not, alas): http://www.nuart.com.ua/events/exceb...pisi/page1.htm PS: It would be very interesting to see photos of works held in private collections or galleries, as it happened in the theme of A. Philbert. |
Bokshay and Erdelyi real artists. All other followers-kindergarten.

I think differently. Fedor Manaylo, Andrew Kotzk (which has 13 works purchased by TG), Ernest Kontratovich, Edita Medvetskaya, Adalbert Boretsky, Elizabeth Kremnické, Anton Kassai, Zoltán Soltes, Basil Gabda Vladimir Mikita, Yuri Hertz, Ivan Shutev - all as a completely independent and bright wizard (plus almost all of them - well-deserved and folk artists of Ukraine, which is also not from the sky is falling). Gabriel Gluck, and several other zakarpattsev not mention - they are in other locations studied, but they are also fine. In general, something I did not zakarpatets, but the validity of the assessments should be:) |

Well, for instance, the first in the series - the work of one of the disciples II Bocsa and A. Erdelyi - People's Artist of Ukraine Ernest Rudolfovich Kontratovicha (1912 birth, incidentally). Why not the charm? : D And who is he imitating? Edvard Munch, except that.
Second - this is also a student I. Bocsa and A. Erdelyi, Adalbert Adalbertovich Boretsky (1910-1990). Contrast? Contrast! Third - Elizabeth Ludwigovna Kremnické (1925-1978), one of the first graduates of the College of Uzhgorod. Also all his, teachers are not "at loggerheads" nothing. |
Altim, and another, and A. Marton, G. Gluck ...

And as the title was given, and whether they fell from the sky .... not only the title and gave the house and went to resorts and live like kings. Especially in the Carpathian region. And solve simple, in the Carpathian, and more precisely through the restaurants (kickback and shovdar). And so far, all solved and so the same diplomas as issued. You do not live here and do not communicate with them. On the communion of artists - a separate issue. Do not romanticize at a distance of everything always looks better than it actually is. Exhibitions we have enough, some works are in museum in Hungary. The house we have, not even one. Many travel. What else have something? PSA paintings in the museum were obliged to take, since there was such a thing as Zakarpatskaya school of painting. |
