The I. A. Nechaev-Russian artist. Master watercolor portrait. A foreign student of the Academy of Arts since 1833. Received medals: in 1834 — 2 silver; in 1841. In 1835, awarded the title of a free artist.
This work is the 1st half of the 19th century.
