Probably Solovlad was right when they suggested that it is a copy of Aivazovsky. As for "Aivaz Effendi" so in 1845, Aivazovsky while in Turkey signed his Sepia. They know no more than ten. In oil painting like the autograph I have not met. In shown to work well written sky, the poor condition of the painting is not possible to determine the water quality of writing, but the rock is the weakest part of the picture.
