Luppi And S. graduated from the Moscow school of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in 1917 with the title of artist of the first degree and the right of a pensioner's travel abroad. Studied at N. Kasatkina, A. Arkhipov, And Vasnetsov, Konstantin Korovin. From 1918 to 1923 he worked in slobodskiy, where he organized a Museum and an art Studio. Since 1923 he lived and worked in Moscow, he taught graphic art at the military school of officers. A member and Exhibitor of the exhibitions AHRR, exhibitions of the Union of artists of the USSR. His works are in state Russian Museum, in art galleries in many cities of Russia and abroad.
