J. Grosse, painting, oil, 1922 (?)

Good day, dear experts.
Fell into the hands of such a picture. size unframed x cm, oil on plywood, signed by the artist, probably J. Grosse. the inscription on the back in pencil in German/Dutch. Managed to see only "an der...(more probably the name of the area)....Jahr 1922", as the knowledge of German is very weak. Also failed to identify the artist, please help.
Tell me, does the value of this picture, how much it will sell? Thank you in advance.
