Vladislav Zubarev is a bright representative of the second wave of Russian avant-garde, poet, teacher, philosopher of art, disciple and follower of the school Eliya teacher. Participated in the exhibition in 1962 at the Arena, defeated N. Khrushchev. One of the few recognized during the life of the classics of modern art. Art V. Zubarev is located at the junction of two eras - both in the field of contemporary art (20-21 centuries), and to history - "unofficial art" during the Soviet period. It reflects the worldview and life quest of "intellectuals" who wants to find their "taste of freedom" in a closed totalitarian state. But above all the art of artists and poets of the second avant-garde had not been a political opposition, it was the opposition aesthetic.
Member of the jury of the International children's drawing contest was International Federation of artists UNESCO. Works are in the collection of the Abramtsevo brotherhood (Studio "New reality"), in private collections in Russia and abroad, the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation in new York's Museum, "the met", the Zimmerli Museum (new York, USA) , in museums of Simferopol, Sevastopol (Crimea), are stored in the State Tretyakov Gallery.
