Please help deal with the Dating of the icon and its rating.

I for a short time gave two very different versions of Dating, the difference in the century. :((
If you can suggest any region, any other information, I will be very grateful. I ask about the history of the icon have nobody.

Icon recently cleaned (attach photos before and after), traces old bug.

The size is about 56cm on 40cm

the earliest date that called me (it was a pair of phrases, actually, rather than a detailed examination or something like that) is the 19th century (but very beginning).
You seriously believe that it can go about 17-18?
