In 1942 he graduated with honors from Moscow State Art Institute. C. I. Surikov in the Studio of the great painter, S. C. Gerasimov (professors P. D. Engl, W. C. Pochitalov).
In 1960-1966, taught in the same Institute, associate Professor since 1964
