Hello experts, please help determine whether the painting is valuable and to evaluate its cost. The painting was brought from America, age is not known, but the view is very old. The painting is signed by H. Jasperb, even on the back is starone stamp Mexiko (last 2 letters of badly visible).

Subscribe to "H. Jasper" could, in principle, three artists:

1) Heinrich Jaspers (1800 -?), Denmark
2) Henk Jaspers (1905-1977),
3) Jasper Holman Lawman (1825-1906), USA.

Here's how it really is. Last signed "Lawman", or "J. Lawman". Second - "H. Jaspers", but in block letters. It signed the first, I did not find.
