Can anyone tell what this picture is, who can be an author? the approximate cost or the level of painting. Can be Kabanov, Alexander Fedorovich (p. 1954) or Kabanov, Alexander V. (R. 1960)

The work is not without aestheticism. But not market - boring solved, especially it seems a lot of empty background without the beautiful game. Monotonous and the flowers.
