Member of the painting section of the Moscow Union (1945). The daughter of the painter Alexander V. Shevchenko (1883 - 1948). Studied under his father, head of the painting Studio of VKhUTEMAS. Solo exhibitions were held in 1975, 1979, 1992, 1993, 1998, 2001 , in Moscow; in 1979-1984, Podolsk, Nukus, Yaroslavl. Works are in the Tretyakov gallery, the state Russian Museum.
