Unfortunately, I can not agree with the author's themes. In my opinion, all very, very gray. Remarkable Shukhaiev, graphics Exter (requires more scrutiny), there is nothing more to note. In Russian galleries exactly can be found above the level of work and cheaper.

This from the fact that Exter gave his pupil from Bratislava Esther Shimerovoy (then Fridrikovoy). She attended a workshop in Exeter Academy Art Nouveau. And I think that this is a sketch book illustrations. There was a book of Esther in 1937, the "Panorama of the river."
