Rastorguev Eugene A. (1920, Nizhny Novgorod region - 2009).

Honored art worker of the Russian Federation. 1935-1940, he studied at the Gorky art school. Then at the Moscow state Institute. C. I. Surikov. The artist's works are in the Tretyakov gallery, state Russian Museum, and many other Museum collections.
