What "name" is hardly too simple composition. Most likely the ' 60s, to Mr. Moscow artist, whose career according to this study was not able to achieve K-l heights.

Before the signature is 1932. Most likely this year.
Totally agree with You about the simplicity of the plot.
But the picture was carefully decorated in wood framing under glass.

The strange signature. Usually the name and then the year, and in General.... I doubt whether the author gave.

Remembering the look of the seller can assume that it is doubtful whether he was writing this work for somebody.

The study, as part of the normal school of painting. Unique in it, therefore, to identify the author is difficult.
