Victor Panchenko. Born in 1949 in Samarkand (Uzbekistan). In 1969 he graduated from the Tashkent Art College named. P. Benkov (painting department), and in 1974 - the Tashkent State Conservatory (class of conducting).
Paintings exhibited in the cities of Samarkand, Tashkent, Moscow, Delhi, Calcutta (India), Vilnius, Kaunas, St Petersburg, Simferopol, San Francisco. Paintings acquired by museums and private collectors of France, South Korea (Seoul), USA, Turkey, Japan, Spain, Russia, Uzbekistan. Main exhibitions: 1976. Personal exhibition.
