Oleg Voloshinov was born in 1936. Graduated from Odessa Art College, and then Leningrad Art Institute. IE Repin. Member of the CCS. Member of the Odessa nonconformist movement 60-70-ies, numerous art exhibitions, the works presented in museums and private collections, are successfully sold at auction.
