Geghamyan Valery Aryutunovich
Born in the village . Garni, Armenia . In early 1940 he graduated from Yerevan XY , in 1945 - 1951 - Yerevan Art Institute Saryan . In 1953 he moved to Moscow , on the recommendation of the teacher was a leading painter in the section of monumental painting at HF USSR. In 1957 he went to Birobidzhan (Far East ), taught in the local XY. In 1958 he settled in Makhachkala , worked as a teacher of painting, drawing and composition at the undergraduate Makhachkala XY them . M. Jemal . Since the early 1960s he lived and worked in Odessa. In 1964 became the founder and dean (1965 - 1968) art-graphic faculty of the Odessa Pedagogical Institute , where he worked for over 20 years. His pupils were S. Lykov , V. Ryabchenko Roitburd A. , V. Pokidanets and other famous artists . In 2001, a memorial exhibition was held in Odessa XM . Copyright canvases , large thematic cycles and graphic series . He painted portraits, landscapes and still lifes .
