Nicanor - a landscape painter, lithographer. In 1832 he received the title of academician and a gold medal OPKh. Since 1844 - the court painter.
The signature on your picture is very similar to the signature Nicanor Chernetsova (judging from the directory Solovyov), although it was hard to see such a picture, and if the expert proves his authorship, then congratulations - a rare and a good artist.
