Definition of signature - Falk or not?
 

Help identify the signature. I guess it's Robert Falk.
Picture remains from the time of arrival of Soviet troops from Germany (presumably 1945-46 ) . Is not entirely clear so far - from the picture ( according to the testimony - in addition to this there were several other paintings ) . While I do not want to upload photos of the whole picture until you can verify the authenticity of the author.

Richard Falkenberg (1875-1948)

The landscape painter Falkenberg studied at the art academy in Düsseldorf where he lived his whole life through.
Influenced by Olaf Jernberg, he turned towards the moderate impressionism.
He focused on landscape paintings and especially the area around the Lower Rhine was one of his favourite subjects.
He participated in several art exhibitions, amongst them the Great Art Exhibition in Berlin.

That's the painting itself . Now I would like to know its value and , if possible , the name (maybe it exists in any catalogs ?) . Due to the fact that she was in the improper conditions - requires restoration. And terrible incision in the lower left corner (by evidence - since ancient times ) .
