Need information about the picture

Hello!
I saw a picture of a friend and I liked it, he said that this is a picture-pupil Aivazovsky Lagorio.
Signature and it is clearly not seem so sign up? (K. Lagorio)

IMHO seems to work amateur level . I think it cost 30-50 bucks at a good frame.
